Job Summary
Flora & Lane is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Bridal Stylist – Content Creation Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic hybrid role that blends content creation, bridal styling, and studio operations.
The primary focus of this position is supporting and developing our brand’s content across social media and e-commerce platforms. However, this role will also contribute meaningfully to quality control, order fulfillment, and bridal styling responsibilities to ensure a well-rounded understanding of our garments, brides, and operations.
Approximately 30-45% of this role will be focused on content-related responsibilities. The remaining time will be divided between quality control, fulfillment support, and hosting or assisting with bridal appointments.
Every gown we create represents a wedding day. The content we share inspires brides to see themselves in our designs. The quality control and fulfillment work ensures that each dress arrives thoughtfully prepared while the styling experience ensures every bride feels cared for.
Our philosophy has always been to be bride-centered and never sales-centered. If this is a philosophy you can get behind, you value creativity with purpose, and you take pride in careful, detail-driven work that supports one of the most important days in someone’s life, we would love for you to join our team!
