DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do deliver worldwide! Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries- if you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office.  All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

I AM INTERESTED IN ORDERING A CUSTOM MADE GOWN.

 

We do accept custom made gown requests at an additional charge. Custom Gowns Starts at $1200. We only accept pictures of the gown you would like us to design, no sketches are allowed. 

 

 

I AM A PHOTOGRAPHER. DO YOU LEND OUT DRESSES FOR STYLED PHOTOSHOOTS?

 

Please send us an email at hello@floraandlane.com along with your details. Due to a high demand in requests, we only accept rental requests from photographers that fits our aesthetic.

 

 

I AM INTERESTED IN CAREER / CURRENT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT FLORA&LANE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WEDDING DRESS?

 

Each order is handled manually with care and attention to detail, it can take around 2-4 months to arrive at your door. We recommend ordering your gown about 6 months prior your wedding date. 

 

I NEED TO PLACE A RUSH ORDER. PLEASE HELP.

 

The standard rush order fee is $150.

WHICH DRESS SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

 

We recommend having your measurements taken by a trusted tailor or seamstress, and always order the closest size up. Due to natural weight fluctuation among a few brides during wedding planning, we recommend doing a second fitting with your tailor a few weeks prior to your wedding even if your gown fit perfectly upon delivery. All of our gowns are personally made for you in our studio according to your measurements.

Small variations in all wedding gowns are to be expected, custom tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit. 

 

Please keep in mind, we offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements to help reduce your potential alteration costs. While we will make your order according to the measurements provided, your dress may require additional alterations at your expense.

 

***For example, strap length isn't customized. We make all straps the same length, to fit a wide range of body types, so your dress straps may need to be adjusted or taken in with a local tailor to fit you comfortably.

To help with this and any other adjustments you may need, we offer an alteration cost reimbursement of 15%.

 

HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ALTERATION REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST?

To be eligible for an alteration reimbursement, please submit your request within 10 days of receiving your dress. 

1. Email us at hello@floraandlane.com with your ORDER NUMBER 

plus keyword "ALTERATION REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST"   

for the subject line.

2. Write a detailed description of the alteration. 

3. Attach an invoice / receipt from tailor. 

Once your reimbursement is approved we will process your refund back to your original form of payment. 

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I INCLUDE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ?

 

When purchasing, in the "note to seller" box please be sure to place your
+height (with shoes)
+measurements for:
bust - measure across the fullest part of your bust
waist- measure the slimmest part of your waist. (above your navel but below your ribcage)
hips- measure the fullest part of your hip area. (rougly three inches below the waist )
+wedding date. 
+any other preferences.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?

 

All of our gowns are made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. All creations takes us between 4-5 months. We recommend ordering your gown about 6 months prior your wedding date. However, if you are tight on deadline and in need of placing a rush order, send us a quick email and we will work out the best solution with you depending on our schedule at the time.
