Job Summary

Flora & Lane is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Bridal Stylist - Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid role that is primarily focused on order fulfillment and studio operations, with limited bridal styling support only when needed on an emergency basis. Approximately 90–95% of this role will be spent in our studio supporting quality control, minor sewing fixes, packing, shipping, and inventory organization. 

Every gown that passes through our studio represents a wedding day, and your work plays a direct role in making that moment feel special. While this position will be trained to assist with bridal appointments if needed, the day-to-day focus of this role is hands-on fulfillment work behind the scenes.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour + Yearly Performance Bonus + Commissions & Tips (Occasional)

Primary Job Duties

• Prepare Brides’ Dream Dresses: Conduct thorough quality checks on dresses, veils, and fabric goods to ensure they meet Flora & Lane’s standards before shipment.

• Minor Sewing & Quality Fixes: Use sewing skills to address small quality issues as needed, such as securing loose threads, reinforcing seams, adjusting closures, or correcting minor finishing details.

• Thoughtful Order Packing: Carefully and neatly pack orders so each gown arrives protected, beautifully presented, and ready for its special moment.

• Shipping & Fulfillment Support: Prepare orders according to wedding dates, shipping methods, and order notes, and assist with daily carrier pickups or drop-offs.

• Inventory Care & Organization: Label, organize, and store inventory thoughtfully, including documenting QC notes or variations.

• Shipment Intake Support: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and supporting accurate inventory entry.

• Emergency Bridal Styling Support (Occasional): With training, assist with hosting bridal appointments only as needed in emergency or coverage situations. This includes helping brides feel comfortable, taking measurements, and supporting the bride-centered experience when called upon.

• Collaborate on Team Success: Work with the fulfillment team to uphold quality standards, support busy shipping periods, and contribute to smooth, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Sewing Skills: Comfort in performing minor hand-sewing or machine-sewing fixes for quality and finishing purposes is preferred.

• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track order details accurately.

• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistent in completing assigned work.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license preferred.
