Although, this is more of an idea than an exact recipe. Adapt it to suit your day-to-day needs. You can use fresh fruits and superfoods of all kinds, even sprinkling layers with seeds, nuts and superfoods such as maqui, acai berry, chia seeds, bee pollen, cacao nibs, raw chocolate-flavored muesli (adds crunch) – whatever you have on hand at the time. I’ve even created a mint-cacao strawberry version! The possibilities are endless. (Pictured trifle uses blueberries and goji berries.)
RAW CACAO CRÈME TRIFLE
For the fresh fruit layer:
Choose fresh fruits in season; use creamy and juicy textured fruits.
