How It Works
Have your eye on a particular gown but would like to try it on first?
We have the perfect solution for you!
Here is how it works...
1. Many of our gowns from past & current collection can be shipped to your home for $75 per sample (usually size 8) plus shipping depending on the location.
2. Use this page to pay the fee & check for availability of current sample gowns in stock.
3. You will have 3 days to try on the gown at the comfort of your own home & ship it back to us.
If the dress happens to be the one, the try-on rental fee will automatically go towards your overall dress purchase.
If damaged during the rental period, restocking fee of 50% will be applied.

Where can I try on Flora & Lane Gowns?
All of our gowns are exclusively stocked at our boutique located in Chicago open by appointment only. We’d love to host you + your group for an intimate + personal shopping experience! Click HERE to book an appointment!

Where is Flora & Lane located?
We are located at the corner of School St & N Western Ave, facing the main street with Chipotle & Mariano's across the street from us. Our exact location is : 2358 W School St C2, Chicago , IL 60618.
When should I order my wedding dress?
All of our gowns are made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. All creations takes us between
5-7 months. We recommend ordering your gown about 6 months prior your wedding date.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Since each gown is made to order, all of our gowns are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What are your hours?
We are open by appointment only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are closed on Mondays.
My wedding is coming up in a few months, can I still book an appointment?
We offer rush order options for brides that need their dress ASAP. Rush fees will apply. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our gowns range from $1200 to $2500.
Will I need alterations?
All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer in-store alterations, nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you contact a tailor to start the fitting process once you’ve picked up your dress. We can also recommend some great tailors if you want help looking.
Would I able to add custom elements to my dress?
We welcome the addition of custom elements to our gowns for an additional fee. We also specialize in a full custom dress design and can help you build the dress of your dreams from scratch. Please email us at email@example.com with custom element details that you want added to your gown before placing an order.
